Inside, the large living room has thick walls that keep the room cool on hot days and a log-burning stove for winter evenings.
Two comfortable sofas, TV, DVD player, I pod dock, UK freesat receiver, hi-fi, selection of DVD's, books as well as indoor games for the occasional rainy day!

The traditionally-styled kitchen is fully equipped for aspiring chefs. It has a stainless steel electric appliances, range cooker, fridge / freezer American, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machines, toaster.
Household products and linen provided. |

Beside the kitchen is a large utility room. Washing machine, dryer, microwave, bread machine, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, storage, household products.

Upstairs are two light and airy double bedrooms with views over the garden and a bathroom.
The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed (160 cm), dresser and wardrobe.
The second bedroom is furnished with a double bed (140 cm), dresser and wardrobe.
All bedding is of a good quality, the beds are made for your arrival.
Bed linen and towels provided.

The bathroom features a walk-in shower with seat, bath, toilet, washbasin and heated towel rail. There is also storage space and a hairdryer. |

The property is set in a hectare (two and a half acres) of grounds, with open grassy areas, paddock, mature trees and pond. Guests have a private fenced garden with two outdoor dining areas, one shady ideal for summer dinning a second south facing bathed in sunshine. Garden furniture, tables and chairs, BBQ, parasol and sun beds are at your disposal.
The owner lives on site and in the Toulouse area for over 20 years; they are always happy to help and otherwise fully respect their guest's privacy.

The pond offers a relaxing area with several seats. Stocked with roach and carp, fishing is allowed but must be returned to the water alive. Needless to say that children cannot go fishing or play unless under the supervision of an adult. There are several walks from the house, mainly through woods and vineyards.
