| Our weekly rental rates are different depending on the rental period. The Gîte is designed to accommodate 4 people. Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday, but alternative changeover days can be considered, shorter-term rentals 3, 4 or 5 nights are also possible outside high season. Promotion in mid and low season for stays of 4 weeks or more. The Gîte is open all year.

Rates include the provision of towels, table and bed linen (changed weekly), firewood, and internet access, electricity at 8kw s per day (the excess and heating oil are charged extra), Cot and high chair available on request. Optional services: Final cleaning service € 50. Breakfast available on request. Arrivals are from 16:00 hours and depart before 10:00 hours. The interior of the gîte is non-smoking. A 25% non-refundable deposit is requested to secure a reservation. The balance is due in cash or French cheque on arrival, along with a €400 security deposit which will be returned at end of stay. |
